The new digital SLR-styled camera from Fujifilm, FinePix S200EXR is a successor to the FinePix S100FS. Combining a 14.3x Fujinon optical zoom lens (30.5 mm - 436 mm equiv.) with Fujifilm’s latest 12-mega pixel Super CCD EXR sensor, the new FinePix S200EXR is ideal for top-end camera enthusiasts. Suitable for photographers who demand excellent picture quality without the bulk of a dSLR system, FinePix S200EXR features a 12MP Super CCD EXR sensor and an optically-stabilised 14.3x (30.5-436mm) manual zoom lens. It also offers CCD-RAW (EXR) and JPEG shooting and three bracketing options. Fujifilm’s newest baby also includes a new Pro Focus and Pro Low Light mode and improved battery life. Featuring a 2.7 inch LCD and an electronic viewfinder, the FinePix S200EXR can shoot both a RAW and JPEG shot simultaneously.
Fujifilm FinePix S200EXR has 5 Film Simulation Modes (Black and White mode and Sepia mode is added) while it is equipped with a new 2.7 inch high contrast 230k dot LCD screen. A ‘Super Intelligent Flash’ and Super CCD EXR are other interesting features of this compact camera. Designed to perfectly match the optical qualities of the 14.3x lens, the Fujifilm FinePix S200EXR has a bigger, more powerful 14.3x lens which aims at delivering astounding results. Offering 3 switchable modes in one sensor, it has deploys all 12 million pixels in high resolution mode. In a Wide Dynamic Range mode, it captures different exposures with two sets of 6 million pixels, which combined together give an excellent level of detail in highlights. Equipped with EXR sensor, which is a switchable sensor, it can produce the best picture without making compromises.
