Another addition to Canon’s S-series of compact ‘photographers’ cameras, Canon PowerShot S90 features a 28-105mm F2.0-4.9 stabilised lens with a control ring built around it. The control ring enables control of camera settings such as exposure compensation. The Canon camera has a 3 inch LCD with 461k dot resolution encased in a slim, compact body. The camera features the high sensitivity 10MP sensor and Digic 4 noise reduction to make up a ‘Dual Anti-Noise System.’ Its Dual Anti-Noise System is especially useful in low-light portrait and landscape photography, so that can shoot high quality full resolution images even at ISO 3200.
A worthwhile reply to photographers’ camera brief, the S90 includes manual control and RAW shooting. Its features include a 10 million pixels sensor, RAW shooting and Fast f/2.0-4.9 maximum aperture range. The camera lens covers the classic 28-105mm range and it is equipped with dual anti-noise system that has high sensitivity sensor and Digic 4 noise reduction. Other features of this compact camera are 3.0 inch PureColor II LCD, Optical Image Stabilisation and Smarter Scene Detection. Equipped with impressive, fully manual features, the compact camera also works in Low Light mode and has a DIGIC 4 image processor and HD output. The compact Canon PowerShot S90 camera is fitted with a wide aperture f/2.0 wide-angle lens that helps photographers take full advantage of the Dual Anti-Noise System. The f/2.0 wide-angle lens allows twice as much light into the camera as an f/2.8 lens, thus allowing photographers to use faster shutter speeds to reduce blur or achieve a shallower depth of field.
